Initial subscription for any restaurant, which offers the minimum necessary options to operate as a restaurant in the system.

Diamond

Subscription containing the advantages of the Silver and Gold Subscription.

Additionally, highlighted on the website with a special label (e.g. “Premium”).

And it can be obtained in 2 ways:

• If you are Gold and meet the requirements to be Silver.
• If you are Silver and decide to pay for the subscription.

Gold

Benefits:

• Priority positioning in search results, second only to Diamond subscription.
• Possibility of internal marketing campaigns (highlighting special menus or promotions).
• Full access to advanced statistics and customized reports.
• Priority support from your team.
• Additional advertising in social networks and newsletters sent to users.
• 2 charter changes per year.

Silver

Cost: Free of charge, but conditioned to good practices.

Activation conditions:

• Efficient order acceptance and preparation time for ZAS restaurants, for restaurants without ZAS service Total order time (meeting the stipulated average time).
• High customer ratings (e.g. 4/5).
• Less than 10% of order cancellations (add functionality reason for cancellation, to know if it is due to the restaurant or other reasons).
• They must have a minimum of 80 orders and about 50 reviews.

Benefits:

• They appear in a better position in the results, above the basics but below the rest of the subscriptions.
• Recommended Restaurant” label on the platform.
• Highlight dishes as recommended.
• Access to more detailed statistics (orders per hour, best-selling products, etc.).
