ZAS is a restaurant?
No. ZAS does not prepare or cook food.
Our role is to connect customers with their favorite restaurants and take care of transporting the food from the restaurant to your door, as quickly and efficiently as possible, so you can enjoy the dishes as the chefs prepare them.
When is ZAS open?
ZAS offers delivery service in many towns and areas.
However, each restaurant has its own schedule, so it may happen that an establishment is closed even though ZAS is operational.
To help you, open restaurants are shown in full color, while closed restaurants are shown in gray.
Is the price of the restaurant's dishes higher if I use ZAS?
No.
The prices shown on our website must be the same as in the restaurant. This is a clear ZAS policy: the customer should not pay more for the dishes by using our delivery service.
If you detect any difference, please let us know so we can fix it as soon as possible.
When will my order arrive?
You will be able to follow your order in real time from the moment it is confirmed until it arrives at your home, seeing its status at all times and knowing exactly when you will receive your food.
What payment methods are available?
We accept different payment methods so you can choose the one that is most convenient for you.
During the ordering process you will be able to see the available options, which include:
- Credit or Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
- Cash payment in local currency
Who are the distributors?
The deliverymen can be either ZAS own staff or workers of the restaurant itself.
All ZAS deliverymen are hired by the company and are part of our staff, which allows us to guarantee a professional, close and quality delivery service.
Depending on the restaurant from which you place the order, the delivery can be made with our deliverymen or with their own.

What type of vehicles do delivery drivers use for delivery?
Our delivery drivers use different types of vehicles to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
We regularly use motorcycles, cars, bicycles and scooters, mostly electric, as sustainability and respect for the environment is one of ZAS’ main pillars.
Do I have to tip delivery drivers?
As you wish!
Tipping is not mandatory, but if you feel that the service was good and you want to acknowledge the work of the delivery person, it will certainly be well received and appreciated.
